Front Porch Cat

It was raining and freezing cold this morning so when the Office Woman came out to meet me I was in my house curled up but very wet.  She picked me up and we went right inside where she had the Tall Man help get me in the carrier.  I started purring when I was put in the carrier!  Then the Office Lady waked me back to her house and put me on the Front Porch.  It smelled funny and stuff but I wasn't scared because I'm very brave.

She got me a litter box and foods and water (I was very hungry!).  Then she pet me a lot and I liked that but she said she had to get back to the office so she left me.

We have a couple of people interested in being my mom but whoever wants me is going to have to be super duper special because I don't think these people want to part with me.  I have my vet check set for Thursday afternoon to get dewormed/deearmited/blood tests/etc.  I don't think I'm going to like that but oh well aparently I have to have it done if I ever want my own family since everyone who wants me already has kitties.

We're crossing our paws for your v-e-t check -- nope, we don't think you'll like that at all! And cross our paws that you do find your forever humans!

Rufus, aka Office Cat. We just receoved a message that you were visiting a certain ladies porch. Rest assured that you are in a good place. Make that a great place. We certainly hope that you get to stay at this home. YOu would have great pawrents and you would have wonderful siblings! We bet Kaze would love to play with you!!!

As to your v-e-t appointment. We all have to go through it. We hate them, but they must happen. We will be purring for all your tests to come back with good results and all your de-stuff to go well also. We bet you will charm the v-e-t staff just like you have your Office Lady.

Oh and we will be purring that you get to stay right where you are! That way we will get to see more of you!!!!

Rufus, we have a good feeling about your v-e-t appointment. We think you are going to pass all your tests. Good luck with the forever home thing - both of us were outside cats before we found our mom, and moms are wonderful things and we hate to go outside now.
