When you see the red boxes come out and get filled with stuff- act really really depressed. Sit in the corner....let your Meowmy hold you....sit in her lap when she's folding laundry- you know, stuff you never ever do normally. Oh, and always keeps sad pathetic eyes on her. The more often she looks at you and sees sad eyes the less likely she is to leave.
I think you all know I'm kind of a softie push over so I'll go ahead and admit I'm REALLY upset Meowmy is going away. Like REALLY upset. I'm afraid she'll never come back. I just let her carry me around the house and sit next to her. I've tried packing myself but she took me out of the red box. What should I do??

Aw, she's gonna come back. If she goes too long without seeing you, she'll get all depressed and chit, and then she'll hit the hard stuff--you know, like chocolate and Big Macs--bu that won't help, so she'll come home to you. People are gooshy like that.
This is not good. But just remember she will miss you just as much as you miss her.

Oh Latte, we can sympathize. Our humans are leaving on Saturday for a place called Tuscany, and so we leave for the Katzenpension on Friday. At least we have a large, private room all too ourselves there.

Oh Latte, we are sorry your meowmy is leaving you for a short while. We know you are going to miss her, but she will be back. Like Max said, she would miss you too much to leave you for long. Keep packing yourself and maybe she will get the hint that you want to go too.

she will come back. our mommy always says to us "mommy will ALWAYS come back to be with you". She says this efurry day when we gif her the sad eyes when she has to go to werk.

I hate it when the beans leave! Maybe you should put one of your toys in there....so that when she arrives at her destination, and opens her red box, she will see the toy, close the red box and immediately return home.
We hate it when Momma leaves to go to werk efurryday but like MeezerMom she always tells us she loves us and she will see us in a few hours. Your Mom will be back don't worry she is just as miserable without you as you are without her...

'tocks trouble works like a charm. Dad and The Mom were supposed to go away this weekend, but now that I'm taking all kinds of aunty-biotics, they changed their plans so that I wouldn't scratch out the pet sitters eyes when she tried to give me my medicine. Oh, did I say that out loud?

Well, I really think you should keep trying to pack yourself in the red box. But just in case she notices you at the last minute, make sure you leave her some reminders. Like lots of fur, and even a whisker!

Oh she'll be back - but keep using the sad eyes and they'll bring you lots of nice prezzies and they'll give you extra treats and try to make up to you! It's cruddy while they're gone, but it's worth it when they get back!
It's not nice when the Beans go away, but it means extra scritches and loving when they come home.

I heard rumblings of my mom leaving next month... I would suggest continuing with the sad pathetic eyes which is what I always do. Oh, that's right, it doesn't always work...
