This promises to be a long weekend. The Lap Lady says she's going to paint the sleeping room. I would not guarantee that she will accomplish this task as she's been saying she's going to do this for 6 months. However last Labor Day weekend she did paint the living room so I guess it could happen. So lets hold a contest to see! Here's how its going to work. Place your guesses in the comments field- one guess per furry family. Say if you think she will accomplish her task by Tuesday morning or not. Then on Tuesday we'll draw from the names who were correct and the winner will be rewarded (not exactly sure how yet). Guessing closes Tuesday at 12:00 am. Good luck and good luck to us if she does try to do this!

Frootbat Friday- Contest.

Hmm... we're torn here at our household. Our human wouldn't. But then again sometimes she surprises us. What is the weather like there? That's always important.

Well the sleeping room is usually harder, but smaller. And we have faith in the Lap Lady - so we say YES!

At first we were gonna say no cause there are lots of fun things to do on a long weekend, but then we thought about it and decided that yes she will. Seems like if its been a long time since she's painted and she has her mind made up to do it, the long weekend is perfect for it.

we say NO. only becuase it took our mommy 2 weeks to paint ONE WALL in our lifing room.
what's that mommy? it's when you were sick and hadded to haf a operwayshun 2 years ago? well, we don't care. it taked 2 weeks. But our furs still look nice stuck to the paint there near the bottom.
Yes, perfect week-end to paint the sleeping room, cool temps... play some snappy music (quality jazz) and paint away.
I think she will be finished the project at 2:00 Monday!

If your lap lady is remotely like my parents she will start strong and then fade, almost rally but not finish by the end of the weekend. You're right too, the big pictures are really good. Mommy thinks if she asks you what clicky box you have she will get good pictures, but I imagine skill is also involved.
I vote YES! I have grate confidinse in the Lap Lady.

Positively, YES! Mom did lots of painting in weekends that only had 2 days. Of course, you have to factor in our invaluable assistance, ladder climbing and all around snoopervising.
I'm going to guess no. Because if she does, it will diminish the quality of your weekend. And that is what is most important, the cats' comfort!

I say yes it will git done, but thare will probably be at leest one tool left behind. Dats the way it is heer. Daddy will compleet a project and then take 6 months to put his tools away. He still hazzint installed the water heater blankit Mommy bot when the house wuz bilt in 2001.
I think we's are late so owr guess won't cownt,but we totally think she's going to finish!!! And probubly eggspand the room so yoo can each have yer own areas!!!
