Tortured
The weekend was just plain torture. The fev-vers are migrating and we had a flock of robins and starlings taking furlough in our ginormous holly bushes next to the house. They chitted and chirped and just taunted us with their fluttering wings. Chase sat on the kitchen table and watched them poo on the deck. Latte claimed they were not interesting enough for him. Me? I sat here all weekend and watched. And waited. And prayed one would come through the window.
All I got was a furmination on the back deck. However, this did afford me the opportunity to get closer to them and meezer in their general direction. They were quiet when they heard the mighty Kaze-hunter. Oh yes, they lived in fear I tell you! I continue to lie in wait...

Oh Kaze, I know exactly how you feel! The birds at our bird feeder have been torturing us for days!!
Tara
They're torturing us, too...Back yard, front yard...it's a feathery conspiracy!
That is torture!! We would love to catch one!
Oh my! I bet if you had gotten out as long as you wanted you would have gotten some to play!
I saw the news on TV, and I think that is unbelievable....
I hope everything is going alright to you!
It is a beautiful thing t love in hope, Kaze! And you look so very lovely in that last photo!!!
Your Friends,
Tom and Tama-Chan
It's not fair that they torture us like that. Ours are doing the same. They are even building nests in OUR tree!!!
Someday Kaze, someday...
Birdies sure can be evil! We heard them outside our window today.....just chipring away. Teasing us cause they are outside and we aren't!
I think birdies like to taunt us!
Harley plays so hard that he does get all out of breath and pants!
::sigh:: it's to cold for fev-vers here. mommy says they'd be bird-sicles.
One of these days, they're going to slip up and you're going to catch one. I hope it's soon. They look like they'd be fun to play with. :crosses paws:
Love,
Tazo
Luckily we don't get that many birds here in the city. Only the occasional pigeon or crow. But birds outside the window is torture. We don't know how you did a whole weekend without getting out of your mind.
We stare at the birdies outside a lot. But we are allowed out and that sends them all flying away in fear!
An iffen one hits the deck door, we are allowed to grab it...
BTW, we gave ya an awardie!
I think you will catch on of those feathers very soon. You are very patient.
You look so pretty today.
You do look like the mighty hunter. So controlled.
I fink yur sitting in wait, not lyin. Nina's determined to get da fev-vers out front, too. I've bounced offa da windo enuf times to know, we can't get them. But they's still fun to watch!
Purrs!
