As you can see Chase and I have very different tail sizes. Well, different sizes all together really- I could almost be a kitten next to him.
Speaking of tails we have a bit of a problem with our backyard squirrels. One of them decided to gnaw off a piece of our roof and make a nest in our gutter. When Meowmy was coming home from work yesterday she noticed a big floofy tail coming out of the gutter. She told the Tall Man who freaked out. They went back outside and found her right back in there. So out the ladder came and the Toy Man leaned it on the gutter when.....WHAM! Squirrel shot out of the gutter and landed flat on our porch roof. She took a minute to regain her composure, then ran into the tree and yelled at them for 20 minutes while they removed her nest items.
Then they started attacking the tree limbs where the squirrel was using to get onto the house. You should have seen my Meowmy pulling on a rope in high heels pulling the tree branch down. Meowmy weighs 105 lbs. and the tree- lets just say a bit more. So yeah, the tree limb triming didn't go that easily. Have I mentioned that my humans are extra special cases of insane humans??
(Oh and don't worry, my Meowmy loves squirrels, even looking out of the gutter she said "aww! how cute!" They just want them to live in one of the many trees in the backyard and not chew our house apart)

You and Chase's tail are really different~!!!! Very cute and sweet your body and tails are cuddle together!
Those Evil Squirrels never give up! Day after day, they taunt and chitter. It's terrible!
Wow, they r serious about keepin da treeratz outta the houze!
Oh, man, yoo didn't git a foto of yer mom in hi heels attaking the tree lim? That wooda bin sumthing werth seeing!
We have to keep the squirrels out of our tree. One once jumped on our roof from the tree, and we had to chase it. We didn't get it that time, but we got it another time.
You're a dainty ladycat Latte that's the real difference! :)
Oh and I have BIG News to share!!! :)
Wonderful photo!
Ah yes, squirrels, they do use up a lot of ink, don't they?! As I have mentioned before, we have little red squirrels in France, not the big grey ones. They are loved by all and allowed to do whatever they want. They are awfully cute, actually!

I'll bet the neighbors probably enjoyed watching that! People and squirrels can be very entertaining!
Iz squirrels really that bad?
They are so very much like us so that auto makes them, cute huh?
If we chops down all their trees yets not let them live where there were trees where shall they live?
*woo hoo*
GREAT picture!
WE agrees with you about squirrels...those evil little critters...oops I mean sweet cute little critters....with an evil mind.

You two look so sweet all cuddled up together!!!
Those squirrels....they sure can be trouble!
We agree with Skeezy....a picture of you Mom fighting with the tree would have been a sight to see!
I understand with the squirrels ... they have a place, and it's not in the house. We had a similar problem with a bird's nest in the dryer vest this summer. Latte, you do look tiny next to Chase. That's nice of you two to snuggle like that. And you have a great dark tail, too.

Dat was a behaved squirrel. We has one dat gets into the garbage outside and tears aparts the bags. As if that were not enough, he throws stuff he doesnt like all overs and THEN he screams if HE drops somefin out of his paws.
Wanna trade?
Wowie! Latte, your tail looks very slender compared to Chase's tail!
You both have amazing tails--although I am partial to yours Latte. Don't worry I am taking my blog back tomorrow... sigh.
Uhoh about the squirrels!
Your tail is teensy, Kaze, next to Chase's!
You both have very beautiful tails!! Thanks for the purrs!

Squirrels are fun to watch, but we wouldn't want one chewing on the house.
You have a fabulous tail, Latte. Chase must be HUGE, since we know you weigh a little more than each of us, Latte.d
Chase, I never realized what a poofy tail you have. Beans are weird about squirrels and such in the house. I think it would be kinda fun.
Love,
Tazo
Beforr I lived heer a bird got in the attick. It flew around and around and made lotsa noise. Then it tried to get out throo a vent and it got its hed stuck. Then it died. The end of the bird.
Kant wate for your big nooz!
Oh no! That is not something the Moms or Dads want to come home to find :-0 What a bad squirrel that one was! I hope they got the limbs trimmed back far enough, squirrels can jump pretty far.
Great picture of you and Chase curled up together :-)
What a lovely picture of you two snuggled! It made Maomiew go all squeeee-y!
I wish you had photos of the squirrel and tree trimming. Squirrels are always outing the power at my Dad's place, they get on the power lines.
You must have put your comment on mine bloggie (my blog you mean - BC) even as I was editing it (I forgot to sign my name)! Maomiew says that all that stuff was her Mum's and she can't bear to get rid of it. She did give away a lot. I tell her she must be ruthless! She does have plans for the bedding though:)
Luv, Bozo:) xxx
Mum has a thought for you. Also check the above ground wires. Squirrels can tightrope walk them and still get to your roof. It happened to her with her old house. Then they got into the attic!
Mommy really misses Squirrels, we don't have them here in the desert. Maybe you could send one over here?
Oh, what funny squirrels! I like to watch them out back. And they do run up on our roof right in front of my mom's office window...where I jump at the window!
Purrrrrrrs, China Cat
Oh, wow, you've got extra special cses of insane humans? How lucky can you get!
We'd have liked to see that too!
I know whatya mean, Latte! Mine tail is sleek an smooth like yours (like a tail should be), while Skeeter's and LC' are fat an floofy like Chase's.
